What is up squad, we had transfers last week and suprise suprise im going to be training for 10 and a half months. I guess that is what im here to do. But im still with Elder Jacobson so im hyped about that, and still in west salem.
Easter weekend was great, we were able to watch conference at the house of a family we are teaching! They made us a really good ham and got me some soda so that was nice. But they really enjoyed it and will hopefully keep progressing to baptism!
But anyways weve been talking to a lot of really cool people, this one guy Cameron is always trying to get us to trade stocks for a living when we get home. He said he would train us cause hes really good at it apparently, but he watched conference and enjoyed it. He lives like right next to us so we teach him almost every night.
We got called "The morons" twice this week, and its been super hot lately so everyone thinks its funny to offer us coffee and tea to "cool" us down. Living in Oregon makes you realize that we really do live in a fallen world.
But anyways our friend Serena is doing great, she doesnt have a lot of time left so weve been helping her clean up her house, and she really likes trees and flowers so weve been planting those with her. She has surgery and then she will be good to go for baptism!
