 What's good gang

Nothing crazy going on here in Oregon, just rain everyday and dealing with tweaker trying to grab your face.

We played golf last p-day for my birthday and that was sick, I haven't golfed in a while so I didnt do too well. But the sun was out and we had a good time.

We had some cool interactions with CHARLES DAVID HOOD this week, long story short he hates us because he thinks we are gay. and he threatened to kill us because of it. I feel like Oregon is the last place he should live but We had some cops escort us into our apartment so we could grab some things and we were able to sleep on some other elders floor for a couple nights. Its kind of messed with our schedule so thats really annoying. 

But you know the work continues and we've had a great week we've been super busy with lessons and just helping our progressing Friends get closer to making covenants with god. 

We had zone conference and it was really good we talked a lot about covenants and helping our friends get to church sooner! 

But yeah its been great my comp is a homie, we get along super well and have a good time. I love talking to people about Jesus its so awesome.

De Vorced

Yo what up chat, we got our transfer news last night and hence the title, me and Elder De Vore got split up, i thought my training days were over but, we still going strong. I'll get my 5th trainee tomorrow morning...9 straight months of training. 

But on the bright side our area is doing really well, serena has been progressing really well and has been making a lot of friends in our ward, shes working towards baptism this month.

We have a lot of other cool people were teaching but they dont have anything interesting going on with them rn. 

We were at a burger restaurant the other day, and some crazy lady walked in and started yelling at the worker cuz her food was cold, and it escalated quickly from there. She threw her food at the worker and then some other lady that was just eating there went over and started punching the crazy lady and they ended up on the ground fighting. And we were just chillin eating our burgers with a member, but a cop showed up later and asked us for a statement and I was like yo ill do it, so that was cool.

There's a member in our ward named Brian Wilson and hes special needs. He loves me for whatever reason and he found out that i might be leaving so he went up during fast and testimony meeting and bore his testimony on a bunch of random things, then he started talking about me and about started to cry so that was fun.

Anyways im excited for this next transfer, its definitely a rough area somtimes but we are gonna make the most of it.

3 finger dap

 Yo what's good everyone, we've been have such a fire week. Everyone we talk to is just like so down to hear the gospel so its been fun lately. Super busy though.

But yeawwwwh we have this lady named Jessica, and she is so funny, shes a black lady from Alabama and a single mom, and she actually just makes me laugh all the time when we teach her. But basically we invited her to get baptized and she got so excited, so keep her in your prayers since she is very busy and has a stressful life. We don't want the devils intervention on this one🙏🏾

We were out in the streets last night and I saw a dude chillin in his car so I waved at him and he waved back, and i noticed that he only had 3 fingers. I was shoot, we gotta get this guy. So we walked up to his car and I was like yo you wanna learn about Jesus and hes like nah, im on alcohol. I was shoot but we both got three fingers and I showed him, then we did a lil 3 finger dap. And he was like yo, come back on thursday, so we gonna teach him tomorrow.

And serena is doing so good, she was at stake conference and she really enjoyed it, even though its a bit of a different service. But she is progressing really well and will get baptized in a week of two. 

We finna put that boy chuy back into the lords hands for a little bit, he is lowkey just fake. But maybe in a couple months he will be down.

Some stuff going on

- my pdays are going back to monday starting on the 16th

- we get transfers next week, im pretty excited for that lol

- one of our members makes really gas potatoe soup and shes made it for me twice in the last week.

- our Friend Jaeger is progressing really well, and we found out he beat a kid up for hitting on his sister. (So tuff)

- our crazy neighbor is in hibernation, we dont see him anymore.

- one of our members told our most progressing Friends (serena) that she doesnt belong in our church...so im debating calling him out on sunday.

- had some taco bell...big mistake....
