The Sun praise the lawwed

The sun has finally found oregon and its so sick, you dont realize you haven't seen the sun in months until you see the sun again. So its been fire.

But yeawwh we had a pretty eventful couple of weeks, we haven't had to go to court yet but we did go to a free masons temple and they were pretty freaky.

But anyways we found this super cool family called the Alvarados! (Avacados) they are so cool when we first knocked on their door they let us inside and fed us some spaghetti and we just chopped it up wit them for like an hour. But they have a bunch of kids and apparently they tell everyone that they are Mormons which is so tuff. But they came to church last week to watch us speak and that was great. They've been sick recently tho so we haven't seen them in a couple a days.

On sunday we knocked on Serenas door before church to make sure she was there. And she let us know that she got diagnosed with cancer the day before😄super sad. A bunch of ladies from the relief society have gone over to see her and we will continue to go over and teach her but we're not sure what is going to happen with her. So keep her in your prayers for sure.

We get transfer news next week and if im training again im gonna crash out. I also want to go to a new area so I can see the world, ive only have 3 areas so far. But wherever the lord needs me ill go.

We've found so many cool people here and im excited to see them all progress! If theres one thing I've learned in the last week it's that god is everywhere! If we let him, and if we align our will with his he will direct our lives to where we need to be. And to where we will find the most Joy.

D&C 63:47
He that is faithful and endureth shall overcome the world

We may be in the world but with a loving God and the grace of Jesus Christ we can overcome it.

New Home

Hey yall hope everyone's had a great week!

We had a bit of a long week we started the week by putting our friend Kristen on date for baptism, shes someone we've been teaching for a while but she finally agreed to getting baptized so were excited for her. We also put our friend Denise on date for baptism on tuesday, she wants to turn her life around before she dies( getting kinda old) so were gonna help her with all that.

But on Wednesday we found out the we are going to be moving that day, so we dropped everything and started to pack and clean, it took two days to get everything figured out and and cleaned but we ended up making it to a new apartment away from our crazy neighbor. Its a huge relief to actually have a home where we feel safe and can focus on our missionary work again.

Anyways our friend Serena is finally getting baptized on the 15th, shes had quite the journey in life but even from when we first found her 3 months ago until now she has changed so much and its been so cool to see the progress shes been able to make since then.

we've started to run a mile every morning which is fun ig.

Peace
